Aveeno - perfectlyimperfect review for Calm + Restore Oat Gel Facial Cleanser

This is Aveeno’s oat cleanser. It has a thick gel consistency, but it doesn’t lather like a regular gel cleanser. It doesn’t have any sulfates, so it doesn’t lather and get foamy (is that the right word?) like a regular cleanser. It throughly cleanses the skin, while soothing any irritation and moisturizing the skin. Another Aveeno product that I love! A while back my lovely cat Myles scratched my face, and for a while I couldn’t use any harsh skincare products. I figured that since Aveeno is suitable for sensitive skin, it shouldn’t irritate the scratch. I was right! The cleanser helped gently cleanse my skin, and also helped in the healing process. Throughout the week, using the cleanser morning and night, redness and irritation from the scratch diminished way faster. Keep in mind I also used Aveeno’s oat serum and products with centella, which also helped healing the wound. Overall, this is a great cleanser, and I highly recommend it for dry sensitive skin.
