I love Charlotte Tilbury herself and the brand as a whole. But this time I was disappointed a little. The only good thing I can say it’s the uv defense. According to my feelings it works and it really correspond to spf 50. Ah well, it doesn’t give a white cast on the face (but it’s not something unique).
The uv primer promises a lot: flawless, poreless, smoother looking skin, and yes, it should be invisible. But nothing is true. It feels and looks heavy on my skin, it gives shine, but also feels greasy. It is not invisible. I cannot say that this is a good primer, maybe, it will be great with dryer matte foundations, but I cannot use them. The pores are more visible than without this primer at all. I used it in many ways with and without skincare steps, but in anyway it doesn’t give the flawless look, even with foubdations on top. Actually, the foundations wore off quicker with the primer due to its heaviness (I like natural looking foundations). So I’m disappointed.
