This is a great, middle of the road mask that will refresh without stripping you to pieces. A great starter mask for those getting into masks. Best for combo oily, combo dry, normal, and even sensitive. This would be a good mask to alternate with masks more close to your skin type.

I would not recommend this mask for those with super sensitive skins, or for those with super oily or super dry skins.
