This is a thicker toner. It has a watery gel-like texture that spreads nicely and is absorbed quickly. It has a pleasant white ginseng scent and is packaged in a white ceramic bottle.
It’s hydrating and a little bit moisturizing on my oily skin. It works well with other products, especially in conjunction with Sulwhasoo Snowise Brightening Emulsion. When these (Snowise Water and Snowise Emulsion) are used together, my skin is glowing and plump in just a few days.
This toner contains Snowise Tri-White Complex™, a blend of white ginseng saponin, white cloud grass, and white ginseng polysaccharides. This ingredient blend not only brightens but also protects and strengthens skin.
