There are so many sunscreens out there but I just keep coming back to my usual brand @neutrogena . Such a steal for $8.99-12.99! It smells like shampoo, doesn't leave a white cast and absorbs quickly. This is a chemical sunscreen that helps prevent sunburn, decrease the risk of skin cancer and aging (with other sun protective measures). Personally, I prefer SPF 50 and above in sunscreens. If it's below 50, like in cc or bb creams, at least 40 is my go-to. 😉
How does it work? Chemical sunscreens absorb UV light which gets converted to heat (chemical reaction) and the heat dissipates from the skin. I know we only live once, but just because we reapply sunscreens doesn't mean we can lay out in the sun for hours esp. when the UV light is at its peak. Take it from me, sun spots are so hard to get rid of, spf application is key and use that beach umbrella! 😅☀️
