Helps a little bit with irritation

This cream is greasy and honestly not that effective in treating my eczema. E45 as a whole does not seem to help my skin, the lotion is even worse on eczema although I do use the lotion on my body after showers which is nice. As you can see by the photos, I’ve had no good results from this product

The cream contains lanolin which is comedogenic. Maybe this contributed to your breakouts. Also consider that certain individuals are allergic to lanolin.
