I’ve been a fan of @necessaire products for a while now b/c they work well for keeping my #eczema flare ups at bay. Recently, I’ve been including the Necessaire The Deodorant Gel - 5% AHA, Niacinamide + Chamomille in the Eucalyptus scent into my body care routine & find that this interesting deodorant works well for me in the cooler months of the year.
The Necessaire The Deodorant Gel - 5% AHA, Niacinamide + Chamomille in the Eucalyptus scent comes in a nice heavy glass bottle packaging w/rollerball applicator. I’m not sure this packaging is safe for traveling since it is a hefty glass bottle so I’m a little concerned about it. The deodorant itself is very light & glides on easily for application. It doesn’t take long to dry, dries clear, & doesn’t seem to leave any visible residue onto clothing & whatnot. The deodorant has a very neutral scent that is very herbal. While the eucalyptus scent isn’t for everyone, the scent is gender neutral.
The Necessaire The Deodorant Gel has many beneficial claims to their ingredients such as:
Mandelic Acid & Lactic Acid (5% AHA): Help prevent odor, brighten the look of discoloration, h smooth bumpy skin
Niacinamide (Vitamin B3): Protects & strengthens skin’s moisture barrier
Witch Hazel Water (Plant-Based): Soothes irritation & nourishes skin
While I haven’t really noticed any visible difference or results yet, I am hoping that continual use will yield some visible results.
The Necessaire The Deodorant Gel comes at a higher price point than I would like to spend for a deodorant but it is a fairly large bottle of it & I don’t seem to need to reapply much when using it so I’m not sure how to do the math on that yet. Additionally, it doesn’t help w/perspiration since it is not an antiperspirant so it’s not for someone that sweats profusely or lives in hot & humid climates like I do.
Overall, if you are not looking for an antiperspirant & trying to make the switch to #cleanbeauty products, you might want to give this Necessaire deodorant a chance.
