𝗙𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵 𝗖𝗶𝗰𝗮 𝗣𝗹𝘂𝘀 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗧𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗿 Made especially for sensitive skin types, this toner claims to balance the oil and moisture, formulated with Porous Powder which is made of three active components of Centella Asiatica. 💭 It's my first time to encounter a toner that separates powder from liquid and it's so fun to use 🤭. So ya gotta mix/shake it first before using. It so fresh to use though, it doesn't have that minty effect yet I feel this freshness something after I applied it on my skin haha. It just feels like water but refreshing and calming. It didn't irritate my skin as I am having an irritated skin around my cheeks as of the moment. So the claims are true and I'm lovin it!
