Kind To Eyes Eye Make-Up Remover

Its worth a try. I dont use this often but only when I travel. I pour into a smaller bottle and use a cotton bud to remove the eyeliner. Its very effective in removing make up.

Sometimes my skin turns red after using this but is not itchy or anything. Just a red spot. Other than that, is fine.
