It seems like I’ve found my perfect sunscreen!
Cica Soothing Sun Cream has SPF50+ and PA++++. It contains 7 kinds of Centella Asiatica, which means perfect soothing effect. Also it should be moisturizing, brightening and have anti-wrinkle effect due to inositol, betaine, hyaluronic acid and niacinamide.
The texture is lightweight and greatly moisturizing (you can see it on my application video). It has no white cast, no heaviness or greasiness. It distributes easily and absorbs fairly quickly. I would say, give it 5-10 min. and you’re ready to go or apply your makeup.
The skin feels refreshed and soothed (yes for sensitive skin!). It really is lightweight and I don’t feel it throughout the day. The skin looks hydrated (I’ve tried to catch it on the photos). It has light almost unnoticeable scent. So far among sunscreens with chemical filters this one is my favorite 🔝
It’s vegan, cruelty free and ree-safe, which I appreciate so much.
UPDATE: I’ve changed my mind as for my “perfect sunscreen” and taken one star, because of one downside I’ve found after writing review. The sun cream stings my eyes horribly. Several times I couldn’t stop my tears until washing it all off. So it’s not good for undereye area. It’s not the end of the world, but it’s not very convenient to take another spf to use just around my eyes. So it’s kinda meh.
I still love it on my face, the texture, the feel. But this is a huge downside for me. So I wouldn’t repurchase that guy, unfortunately.
