This eye balm is cooling, hydrating, and it has great ingredients like snow mushroom extract, fatty alcohols, caffiene, apricot kernel oil, sesame oil, cucumber extract, panthenol, shea butter, linoleic acid, and peptides! This is also $16! It’s amazing for the price point especially!
