The ingredients are hydrating with HA, Allantoin, Oat extracts, Panthenol and betaine which was kind of a new ingredient to me.
Texture is a runny gel which i feel is sometimes too runny and you have to be careful with the dispension because it always comes out more than you want. Although it's marketed for dry normal skin, i feel it would be perfect for oily skin types. I would not use this in winters because it would be stripping but for summers and humid weather this is a great and affordable option.
