Although it's my first time to use a serum, I totally feel like my skin isn't new to the texture. I've tried some ampoules in the past, and the texture is quite similar. I can say that the texture of this serum is in between an ampoule and an essence, but more like an essence type since it has a slightly thick formula but can be easily absorbed by the skin. I've always loved essences that are non sticky since I do tend to sweat easily. In terms of the scent, it has a little to no scent at all. I just didn't feel the cooling or soothing effect that this product is claiming. But overall, this is still a great product!
