💭THOUGHTS
My skin really loves Ceramide. Everytime I feed Ceramide to my skin, it would show its gratitude the next day by becoming glowier, bouncier, less acting up (less acnes), and stronger skin barrier. I know how hyperbolic that may sound but it's true!
I have tried a lot of Ceramide-containing skincare and I can proudly say that my skin reacts positively with almost all of them.
This moisturizer from SKINTIFIC is definitely one of my go-to now. This product comes in cute tub of 30g with a protective lid for hygiene. It is indeed travel-friendly for the size which makes it easier for me to put it in any bags.
It has a gel-like texture, that is lightweight, non-sticky and non-greasy. I love how it immediately melts into water once in contact with skin temperature. It feels effortless upon applying and spread nicely on skin leaving a healthier and glowier look.
I know that a lot of Ceramide-containing skincare may be a little bit greasy especially the thicker the consistency is and most of us love to apply them only at night because of this reason, but rest assured as this moisturizer from SKINTIFIC is so lightweight that it won't make you feel that way at all. I enjoy this cream even during the day as it won't make me look like I'm all oily.
This cream gives a moderate hydration. I would usually opt for the highest hydration cream at night time therefore I don't really use it at night unless I put it thicker for a longer lasting night time hydration.
The next day, I always find my skin to be better in complexion, healthier, glowier, less acnes (or the acnes tend to shrink faster) as my skin barrier strengthens with this cream. If I ever got acnes or break outs, it will usually take three days with this amazing cream to fully recover. It's that good! Oh not to forget that it works good as a make-up base too.
