AHA BHA Lemon Toner

I have already did a video review of this toner from Tocobo, first of all, it smells really good just like lemon cirtris, great to use in the summer for a refreshing and cooling effect. It has low irritant exfoliation and helps vitalizes, brightens, and soothes skin.
