🌹 This is an antioxidant-rich eye cream that helps protect skin against aging and dark circles, with organic aloe, shea butter, a blend of 6 botanical extracts, Bulgarian rose oil and niacinamide. It claims to hydrate and provide a natural shield against aging, as well as brighten and firm up the delicate eye area.
🌹 Despite how rich it is, I haven’t gotten milia from this eye cream. I also haven’t been sleeping well in quarantine, but this does seem to help. I feel some definite plumpness in my eye area, which indicates effectivity in terms of firming. Dark circles aren’t really a concern for me so I can’t comment on the brightening effects.
🌹 This is a thick cream — thicker than I usually prefer — and a perfumed rose scent I really don’t care for and don’t recommend for the particularly scentsitive. I do like certain rose scents but this doesn’t fall into that spectrum. I’m on the fence about this one because of the scent and I do prefer a more fluid texture. I’m mostly applying eye cream just to avoid regrets later on, but there are some eye treatment products I enjoy more than others. I’m not likely to repurchase this on its own, but if it comes up in another curated set, I would probably not mind.
