The old formulation of this essence is nice. I love how hydrating it is and how you can layer it over other toners and essences. Most of the time I don’t layer because the texture of this is so silky. By silky, I mean it’s almost watery but has a slight bit of thickness that just makes it a perfect texture for me. It absorbs quickly from experience and leaves your skin hydrated an glowy. I can’t exactly speak on the anti-aging claims of this product because I don’t have mature skin. But I can say this. I’ve notice that the few fine lines I have are less noticeable and I feel like it may have also brightened up my hyperpigmentation. My hyperpigmentation is still there but it’s lighter. I don’t think this product is an absolute need but if you want to splurge on an essence, this one is a nice one.
