I used this AM and/or PM. 3-5 Drops in the hand and then pat it onto the face. I made sure to not use any exfoliants or retinols in the same routine as this serum. I asked a friend to get me this product from the UK since it's not available in my country and I'd heard it works really well on pigmentation due to 5% tranexamic acid and other brightening ingredients. Unfortunately, I didn't notice any brightening effect at all. The serum has a lightweight texture that's very watery but somehow, at the same time, I feel like I've applied a very thin layer of something after I've applied it.
