Hands down, my go to balm/moisturizer when my experiencing annoying irritation!
This balm is formulated with Madecassoside (and you know I love it), Calamine, and Rovectin's Barrier Repair Complex™ and other good ingredients but this has Lavender oil so just be wary of that.
I really love how this sets itself from usual moisturizers (of course, it is labeled as a balm) and I use this at the end of my routine and this has like a soft pasty texture, which i'm guessing is the Calamine and I use this as a spot treatment or like a light layer of moisturizer if i'm having irritation here and there and its so so so effective! I know that this isn't like those spot treatments with salicylic acid in them but it helped me with my acne just as the same as a spot treatment with salicylic in it! Especially pustules! It helped me get rid of them and diminished any signs of irritation. I reach for this especially like some days of my routine, even though I used a cica serum, at the end it still irritates and I put this on, and it instantly works its magic. This is free from all harmful ingredients except having an essential oil but personally, I never had any altercations! and the smell, I love it so much! Its so therapeutic and relaxing especially that you're panicking and worried sometimes about the irritation and this just instantly goes to the rescue! This has a light purple hue to it which I'm guessing comes from the lavender and fun fact: Its the only skincare I put beside me in my bed! Truly a delight to have when you have acne-prone skin. And for those with sensitive skin, this might be helpful with you but just take the Lavender Oil into account!
