Been looking for a new toner to deal with a ph issue with my face and i have found one that really works. This soothing thick texture toner lotion formulated with oats is the one. It gently removes residues and leaves the skin feeling refreshed & rebalanced. Fragrance Free and works well with the rested of your skincare routine. Would definitely recommend it for combination to dry skin.
