Bifesta - Miss_LunaYee review for Cleansing Lotion Bright Up

Bifesta BrightUp Cleansing Lotion cleanses, moisturised and brightens up the skin tone however as much as it claims to remove all types of makeup, I found it very different when I used it to remove my waterproof makeup. It took a lot of wiping and doesn't remove effortlessly at all.
