Loved this in the beginning, but noticed it doesn't dry down and tends to sit on top of the skin a little bit š¢ I notice a lot of Panthenol products tend to feel this way.
Gives a rather tacky finish, which I'm a bit on the fence about š¤§ Would've loved this otherwise!
