There are many plant and ferments such as Centella Asiatica Leaf Extract, Lactobacillus Ferment, Bifida Ferment Filtrate, Lactococcus Ferment Lysate, Streptococcus Thermophilus Ferment, Nelumbo Nucifera Leaf Extract, Michelia Alba Flower Oil, Malt Extract that is really good for skin barrier and soothing on skin.
The rest the ingredients are for hydration and preservatives.
Texture: It has light brown soft cream that easily melts onto the skin without any residue. The scent is similar to boba(milk tea) or scent of slight earthy lotus leaves.
Review: I tried it for nearly a month. This cream doesn't sting when I applied it on my sensitive skin and weak barrier skin. Although, I do sometimes have fungal acne but this cream sure does not cause this issue. It does help to speed out healing, sooth skin redness, hydrating but without any heavy feeling, does not cause break outs and I do think that it helps to balance out the flora on my skin with the probiotic it has.
Overall: It is a great moisturiser with probiotics for sensitive weak barrier skin type.
