The toner is a watery consistency with little to no viscosity. I personally can’t feel any thickness to it. It absorbs into my skin quickly and surprisingly hydrates my dry skin very well with the little amount I use. Normally with watery toners, they don’t hydrate my skin enough. So far, I haven’t really noticed any brightening results from the toner (as it claims), but I will continue to keep testing it out. Surprisingly, this toner did not break me out or irritate my skin even though it does contain fragrance. There’s not many major issues with this product as it feels like nice hydrating toner to me.
However the scent of lemons from the fragrance can be overwhelming for some because it is strong (to me) and I have noticed it giving me a headache as I continued to use it consecutively for days. Because of the smell and fragrance, I would recommend that that people with sensitive noses and skin proceed with caution if they decide to purchase this toner.
