I dont think this toner negatively impacted my skin to say the least, but I dont think in the long run it was doing me good. I think the use of witch hazel on my combo skin type was not the best route for me to go with acne care. It smells really nice but if you are sensitive to fragrance I would stay clear, it is pretty potent. It makes my skin tingle, I am not sure if that is a sign it is working or if my skin is just reacting to the witch hazel negatively. Definitely moisturize after applying, it has a drying effect on the skin.
Fragrance is very strong, can be very drying, not sure if it should be used on my combination skin type, it did not seem to negatively impacr me but I did experience tingling whenever I applied it so I am not sure if that is normal or if it is my skin having a reaction. Regardless I will seek out alternative acne treatments to be on the safe side, but this may work for you.
