This toner is made with 77.78% Rice Extract effective in elasticity care.
CLAIMS ⤵
The product forms a protective barrier over the skin to prevent water loss, eliminate dead skin cells and provide luster and moisturization to rebalance dry and tired skin.
TEXTURE ⤵
It's a dual-layer toner consisting of a water layer and emulsion layer. After shaking, you get a watery but consistent texture.
SCENT ⤵
This toner is fragrance-free and artificial coloring-free.
PROS ⤵
🍚 It's super nourishing and moisturizing and can be used as a 2-in-1 product.
🍚 I have combo skin, but it will be great for those who struggle with dryness.
🍚 A little goes a long way, so don't apply too much or your skin will feel thick.
CONS ⤵
🍚 I always have acne open cuts, so I can't use this toner. When I do it my face becomes a little red. I always get a burning and tingling sensation, so I stop using it.
🍚 I was looking for a soothing toner that heals my skin barrier and post-acne post but can't be used for it.

It's a great toner that just doesn't work for those who pick their skin.
