I was sent this item for free from Clinique and bzzagent in exchange for an honest review.
For me Clinique is one of those brands I absolutely love, never had a bad experience with them, so of course I was excited to try this. I however did not realize I was receiving one of their .17 oz. travel sizes. Not that I have a problem with travel sizes, I especially love them for travel and saving space. And while you certainly can test certain aspects of a product with a travel size, some things you just can't.
These travel sizes from Clinique tend to last 5 to 7 days depending on how much you use each application. Its definitely just 5 days for me. In that time I can tell you that it is definitely moisturizing, it worked great for my dry skin. The texture is great. They describe it as a rich cream, but it feels just slightly creamier than their other gel cream moisturizers. It sinks into the skin quickly. On the other hand I have no clue if it does anything for wrinkles. And I honestly wouldn't believe anyone who said they did see a difference after just 5 days.
I really appreciate that this is fragrance free, but it does smell very medicinal in a non pleasant way. On the bright side, not only is it fragrance free, it is also Paraben-free, Phthalate-free, Oil-free, Free of synthetic colors.
Bottom line for me is that I would definitely give this another try sometime with a full size product. But I would not feel comfortable recommending this to anyone until I have a chance to do so.
