Barrier_cycle Toner

product review positives
This toner claims to be a gentle toner inspired by burn treatment for sensitive skin that is easily irritated and acne prone skin. If you take a look at the inci list, the key ingredients are niacinamide, panthenol and allantoin. It also has KMX ferment cure which is p.calm's patented fermentation treatment (acacia seyal gum extract, lactobacillus ferment), T-CA (tea tree and cica), carica papaya fruit extract for gentle exfoliation and azulene. No fragrance. The texture of this toner is very lightweight. It feels almost like water but as you layer this on you'll notice that it has a bit of a slip to it. It imparts a glow and you can feel your skin getting plump and hydrated. For someone who has dehydrated skin, I had to layer this 3-5 times, you can even go for 7 skin method with this one. I've been using it twice a day and I would like to believe that this is helping my sensitive skin as I'm trying to cope up with the irritation and slight redness caused by retinal. I tried it after dermaplaning and my skin did feel fine the next morning. In terms of hydration, it's decent and all skin types should be able to enjoy this.
