Is it an oil? A toner? Serum? The stand-out factor about this product is it’s unique texture. It feels like a watery serum, but once it’s rubbed in and absorbed, it has the richness and emollience of a light oil. It’s very confusing, but I completely enjoy it.
Otherwise, this is a really simple product and lives up to the name of the ‘fundamental’ line. It’s fragrance free, gentle and incredibly hydrating. I have been using this for the past few weeks at night and loving it. In the winter, I am still layering with another moisturiser on top. But for the summer (and for my oily skin friends), I can see this working well on its own.
Also, it needs to be said. What pretty packaging?! Look at that clean white glass bottle with the luxuriously long pipette!
