🎀 Review: Nacific Pink AHABHA Set (Toner, Serum, Cream)

🎀 Key Ingredients (all 3):
Antioxidants: Watermelon Fruit Extract,
AHA: Citric Acid, BHA: Salicylic Acid
Brightening: Niacinamide, Tranexamic Acid
Soothing: Panthenol, Centella
EOs and Fragrance: Lavender, Linalool
🎀 Texture:
Serum: Slightly thicker than toner, (still liquidy), absorbs quite quickly
🎀 Thoughts:
To my surprise, I enjoyed the toner and the cream the most, even though I originally had the highest expectation for the serum.
For some reason, the toner has the highest concentration of AHA and BHA (1000ppm or 0.1%), while the serum and cream only has (100ppm or 0.01%), though I expected the serum to have a higher concentration of actives. In either case, the concentrations of AHA and BHA on these products are low, and likely safe for more frequent usage.
Personally, I experienced no stinging even as I used all 3 products in the same routine, probably due to the low percentages of AHA and BHA. However, I still wouldn’t recommend using all 3 in a same routine, as it seems unnecessary as they have very similar ingredients.
🎀 Verdict: 4/5 (Toner and Cream), 2/5 (Serum)
I would personally skip the serum, as I think its too similar in consistency as the toner, and has a lower percentage of actives (10 times lower than the toner) which is just confusing to me, as I'm not too sure what purpose this serum can serve if there's already a toner with essentially the same ingredients already, and at a higher concentration!
Also, multiple fragrances and EOs present makes this hard to recommend for sensitive skin.
