โซ๏ธWater resistant? - Honestly speaking, I don't swim, so can't say how it will react during swimming.
But I didn't see its melting down with sweat. So if that's a criteria to judge it as water resistant spf, then it is.
โซ๏ธPrevent Tanning? - Yes I felt it's pretty good in preventing tan.

It's a perfect pick for my dry skin. I wish it's easily available in India then definitely it will be added to my repurchase list.
