I felt like these did nothing. Appart from preventing picking or touching the pimple, I saw no effect of the supposed SA these contain. They did not reduce any of my spots, nor reduce their size/inflammation. 
Would not buy again or recommend. 

Bought these since they were the first patches I knew of with SA. They look cute on your face and can help cover the pimple to prevent picking but that’s it.
