This serum has a thin, lightweight consistency and feels just slightly tacky when applied to the skin. I used it daily morning and evening for almost two months and my skin didn't react badly to the higher concentration of niacinamide. No irritation whatsoever. The biggest change this serum brought was that my t zone was way less shiny and oily throughout the day. Sadly, it did nothing to my pores and breakouts and I was a bit disappointed because that was the main reason why I had bought it.

It somethimes leaves a sticky feeling on my skin, but that can be easily avoided by gently patting it in.
I should also point out that I used their 10% niacinamide serum some time ago and I didn't notice any significant difference between the two. So, when in doubt, buy the cheaper one.
