Relief Chamomile Gel Toner

I liked that this product was fragrance-free. It's very soothing and cooling when applied to the face.

This product just ain't it chief. I'm not sure if it's my skin itself or the environment or the actual product itself but this toner did not sink into my skin unlike what others have claimed. Despite only applying an appropriate amount (10p size), it leaves this disgusting layer of product on top of my skin that does not go away.
