SKIN1004 - Tarrah review for Madagascar Centella Hyalu-Cica Brightening Toner

After finishing this bottle, i can finally say that this one is a good match for my oily- combination skin in the tropics and even in winter. Tried to simplify my routine cos i was afraid that my skin might react to harsher weather conditions, fortunately this toner partnered with the sleeping pack from the same brand really did wonders.
