cupidsnroses review for Hydra Barrier Cica Essence Toner

I received this product for free from Picky and BACIEL in exchange for my honest review. Firstly, I love the brand and their values because their products are EWG certified and you can definitely tell that the brand cares about the user’s skin and does not include non-essential ingredients (such as fragrance) for the aesthetic. Secondly, I love the texture of this toner! It’s relatively viscous so that means that the product doesn’t pour out of the bottle super quickly and get everywhere which wastes product LOL. Regarding the actual toner, the ingredients are sooo soothing and hydrating and it doesn’t leave behind a residue after application. It is recommended to apply the toner in layers and that worked well for me! It’s one of the first products I have used that has such an impressive ingredients list! (literally all the ingredients on INCIDecoder are green) I would repurchase this (but looks like I won’t have to for a while because it's 200ml!!) and definitely recommend this especially to those with oily and sensitive skin
