This product is not particularly moisturising, and besides cooling and softening the skin, didn’t really do much for me.
The product contains fragrance and citric acid which can irritate sensitive skin, however, I didnt experience irritation. Since citric acid is an AHA, I’d be wary of overusing AHAs if you have other AHA products. It isn’t advertised as an exfoliating product, so it’s easy to miss.
The smell of this product is nice, like roses, although it is quite strong so if you’re sensitive to scents I would give it a miss.
Also, the container that this toner is in is the weirdest skincare container I’ve ever used. I’m guessing its designed for a cotton pad to press down on the weird pump mechanism on the top but honestly, the consistency is very watery so I’d imagine it’d absorb into cotton very quickly and you’d end up wasting money.
Overall, I liked the feeling of this product snd it was very cooling and soothing. I’d imagine it’d be really nice for someone with more resilient skin. However, at least for my skin type, I don’t think the effect the product gives is worth the potential risks with fragrance and overusing AHAs.
