Sensitive Care Sea Silt Repair Toner

Lofht watery texture. No discernable scent. Just a solid hydrating, soothing toner. Does not irritate my sensitive skin. Can not say it does much for brightening (i am unsure of the percent of niacinamide in this) but its a great addition to a soothing routine. Fragrance, EO and alcohol free.
