I received this product for free from Picky and Acwell in exchange for my honest review. I am in love with this ACWELL Licorice pH Balancing Cleansing Toner because it Cleanses, removes impurities, Brightens, and Soothes my skin. One of my favorite things is the light fragrance and how it does not irritate my skin at all.
