Key Ingredients: This suncream contains Zinc Oxide (non nano) and Titanium Dioxide as mineral filters. It contains Some By Mi's signature ingredient Truecica ( 378,000 ppm) , Tea Tree Leaf Water ( 10,000 ppm), Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract. It also contains Niacinamide, Glycerin, Resveratrol, Pear Flower Extract.
This product is alcohol free, artificial fragrance free, paraben free , 20 types of artificial ingredients free (according to Brand) . This product is also EVE vegan certified.
Who can use: All skin type can use it but it is mostly suitable for people with combination and dehydrated skin including sensitive skin type since it contains Truecica but skip it if you are sensitive to essential oils since it contains Lavender oil.
Texture: It has a creamy texture and it is easy to blend compare to other physical sunscream. It gives kinda semi matte finish.
Scent: This product doesn't contain any artificial fragrance but it has a mild scent to it. I guess the scent is from natural extract of ingredients.
My experience: I was looking for a tone up suncream with physical filters and I found this suncream. Does it give white cast? Yes, it does give white cast because that's what every mineral suncream do but after blending for few minutes, the whitecast become less noticeable. You need to work a bit on the suncream in the hairline because it gets in the hairline while applying the suncream just like most of the mineral suncreams. I don't wear foundation so I used this suncream as my base makeup and then used a tinted powder on top off it to minimize the white cast and to make my face less shiny. People who don't like to wear makeup everyday, it can be a great alternative for them. If you are fair skin tone person, it may look natural on your skin. But if you are someone who is brown skin tone like me or darker skin tone, the whitecast will be noticeable. So I am not gonna recommend it for brown or darker skin tone person. Another thing is that I didn't find this suncream summer friendly. I live in a hot and humid country and I keep sweating a lot after wearing this suncream. That's why I would recommend it to use it winter. This suncream didn't irriate my skin and I also used this suncream on the skin around my eyes and top of my eyelid and it didn't string my eyes at all. It has a mild scent to it which didn't bother me. In fact, at first, I didn't even realize the scent because it was so mild. I noticed that it doesn't remove easily so double cleansing is must to remove it properly. Lastly, this suncream was tested and verified as an SPF of 69.8 and a PA of 26.3 which is a positive thing. This suncream is not sticky and doesn't pill on the skin.
