I got curious to finally try this brand. It was personally a refreshing and satisfactory experience.
💲 Price. Purchased this 120mL tube for ₱250 ($4.24) from Shopee PH which I think is a good deal for that volume.
🧴 Key Ingredients. From the brand’s ACNE line, this is a hypoallergenic facial cleanser formulated for acne-prone and sensitive skin. Contains white willow bark extract (containing natural BHA) to exfoliate dead skin cells, licorice root as a natural brightening ingredient, forsythia suspensa fruit extract and centella asiatica extract as anti-inflammatory.
💧Form & Fragrance. Clear light consistency without detectable scent and barely foams when lathered.
🙋🏽 Experience. My general observation with non- or barely foaming cleanser like this is I may tend to use more than the amount necessary because I feel like I’m not adequately covering my entire face with the product compared to when using cleanser that foams up or has soapy texture. For that reason I may have used it up sooner than other cleansers I had before. I think it would fare best for morning use. If for end-of-day when all the accummulated oil, sweat and gunk have to be removed, opt to double cleanse.
