HOLIKA HOLIKA - seerat review for 02 Moony

this was a nice neutral palette that I think beginners would love to experiment with! with that being said, it was not as pigmented as most palettes out there but for that reason alone, I think it’s very easy to work with this. all shades were blendable and I didn’t seem to experience the chalky feeling that some palettes may lead to. I just wish there was at-least one sole metallic or glitter shade in this palette to complete the look. but, beautiful palette!!
