It’s a solid that melts nicely into an oil when I rub it into my palms, and emulsifies into a milky liquid. The scent is a sweet, grape candy-like smell. 🍇
🔮 My Experience
This balm was alright at removing my makeup + sunscreen. I wear a really waterproof mascara that stayed on even after this cleansing balm. Even after emulsifying, it would take a really long time to wash off my face and still leave an oily film. This isn’t really a problem if you double cleanse, but I like to skip second cleanser sometimes if I didn’t wear heavy makeup/sunscreen. I really wanted to like this balm because it smells so nostalgic for me, but the fragrance actually sensitized my skin in less than a week. 😖 It also stung my eyes and clouded my vision, so I just think there’s better oil cleansers out there that can do a better job for the price point.
