Texture: Thicker than a gel but lighter than a cream. In my opinion this is the ideal type of texture, itās very light ( almost whipped) but has enough weight to feel like a moisturiser.
Smell: It has a very faint smell of āplantā, but nothing strong. You could almost call this scentless.
Overall experience: I love love love YTTP adaptogen moisture cream. In fact it is my holy grail. But this is slowly becoming my new favourite. I love the texture of this moisturiser and how it leaves my skin feeling. It feels hydrating but extremely soothing. My skin has been irritated recently and sometimes I canāt use any products on it. But Iāve been able to use this throughout this period and im so glad! Iāve only been using the product for 2 weeks so Iām excited to see how Iām going with the product in a months time. It is also A-Lot of product. I love it so far
Do you need it? : this moisturizer has so many great ingredients in it! It is a great formulation. However alot of us skincare lovers typically have a packed routine normally. Alot of this moisturiser ingredients weād get in the other steps of our skincare routine. That being said. This is great for people who want a basic but effective routine!
Price: This is the one issue with the moisturiser. It is really expensive, I got it during a Sephora sale and honestly, I donāt know if I can se my self justifying the price to buy it again.
Cons : This actually isnāt heavy enough if it were winter for my dry . My skin is barley getting by in this crazy Melbourne weather. This is just hydrating enough however, Iāve needed to stack on a few serums recently as Iāve noticed my skin getting drier. That being said, if you live in a different climate to me you may very well have a different experience.
