I use this toner in the morning and at night. Because the texture has a little thickness, it makes it easy to apply by hand or with cotton. But I prefer to use my hands, unless I want to do a little cleansing, I use the first layer with cotton and the next layer with my hands. Usually I use up to 3 layers.
I love the sense of hydration this toner provides; 'full' but light. After using it, I can immediately feel that my skin is 'filled' by the hydration. Even if I want to add more than 3 layers it feels light. Meanwhile, for brightening claim, I saw it help maintain my skin tone.
I feel more hydrating and nourishing effects after using this toner. My skin feels plump and brighter and looks more radiant - the brightening effect is more in this direction it seems.
