So I pay extra attention to what I use on my skin. I find the stelatopia intense eczema cream very gentle and comfortable on my skin. Fragrance free and has a minimal ingredient list. At first I am worried that this is yet another heavy balm-like cream that is greasy and waxy but instead it is so much better than expected. The consistency is bouncy and gooey but it spreads easily and dries down to a soft finish without being sticky. I have applied this on the cheeks of my face which tends to be dry, and it wears nicely under makeup as well so that’s a huge plus. I also use this on my neck shoulders and back where I usually need the extra hydration after shower and in the morning to prevent eczema (I apply more when I do have a flare up) I am very pleased to find the cream highly moisturizing and occlusive yet lightweight at the same time. I love that I could use it on my face too and it doesn’t break my out. My dehydrated skin is not as irritated as usual ever since I have switched to using this!
