Soothe & Smooth Collagen Activating Eye Complex
I liked this eye cream. I prefer creams when it comes to the eyes over balms or gels. This one is a normal cream concistency and white in color. This for me was very hydrating and noureshing for my under eyes. It felt really good especially when I applied it cold. It was good for calming puffiness and hydrating especially.
It didnt really do much for my dark circles but I think its just genetic for me after trying so many eye treatments.
