Melatonin Sleep Body Lotion

Claims To help promote a better sleep and to moisturizered skin. Came in a plastic tube of 8oz. And cost 12$. White light weight non greasy texture with a strong Lavender scent. Used in the PM. I started using this at night for about a week. I haven't noticed it help with my sleep but it did help moisturizered my skin with the Vitamin E , Shea Butter and Cocoa ingredients. It wasn't the best body lotion I've used but it wasn't the worse. And the price is cheap.

Strong Scent and it contains Alcohol.

dang thank you for sharing. I was hoping it was more calming and definitely don't like the alcohol in it

Lavender is supposed to be calming guess that's why they said it could help with sleep. But I don't think it helps that much to put you to sleep lol
