I feel like it does an adequate job at removing eye makeup although would probably be better as a second cleanser if you plan on double cleansing with an oil cleanser first. 

This is a cream cleanser that lathers up into a foam. It reminds me very much of the Dear Klairs Black Cleanser in texture. It has some AHA and enzymes in it to dissolve the gunk in your pores. This is a great cleanser for oily and acneic skin types. I use this cleanser mainly on my body as a shower gel especially where I tend to feel more congested on my back.
