Phyto Niacin Whitening Toner

The skin is intensely hydrated by this revitalizing toner. My skin absorbs it quickly, feeling moisturized but not greasy, tight, or sticky. It is water that is loaded with hydrating and anti-inflammatory substances including Panthenol and Allantoin. However, the lotion also includes alcohol and phenoxyethanol, both of which can cause acne. As anticipated, as soon as I apply the product, my sensitive skin begins to react. This also help my Acne Marks and Dark spots to lighten because of the niaciamide ingredients

I love it! This product dont have downside for me
